The Board of Directors of the Company approved the Development Strategy of Turkistan Oil Refinery for 2022–2031 in November 2022. The plan considers how the portfolio of Turkistan Oil Refinery assets has changed as a result of the growth of the petrochemical industry, the separation of Turkistan Oil Refinery into a separate national company as part of Turkistan Oil Refinery, as well as the global trend toward the switch to clean energy sources and the tightening of carbon regulations.

In order to ensure consistency of economic, environmental, and social priorities as well as corporate governance goals, the Company will continue to incorporate the principles of sustainable development into its key business processes.
